About the Role

The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to advance the mission of KP Companies in partnership with the Minnesota Freedom Fund. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans, managing daily operations, ensuring financial stability, and fostering strong relationships with community stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in nonprofit management, public administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising and resource development.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

  • Experience in public advocacy and policy engagement.
