About the Role

The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to advance the mission of KP Companies in partnership with the Minnesota Freedom Fund. Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in nonprofit management, public administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising and resource development.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

  • Experience in public advocacy and policy engagement.
