Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing culinary team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement menu concepts and recipes that align with our island-inspired brand
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with our hospitality team to deliver seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of high-volume culinary experience
  • Current food handler's card and other certifications as required by federal/state/local law
  • Strong knowledge of food/restaurant service skills, including storage and rotation, food preparation, recipe adherence, plate presentation, and service and production time standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Essential Physical Requirements:

Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently. Bending/stooping/kneeling required - frequently. Routine standing for duration of shift.
