About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Culinary Ambassador to join our team at Oxford Industries. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a passion for growth and development, and inspire your team to work together to achieve our goals.
  • Menu Expertise: Possess complete knowledge of our menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate in a team environment, demonstrating genuine hospitality and team player skills to promote culinary success.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of high-volume culinary/hospitality experience.
  • Certifications: Current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently, routine standing for duration of shift, and maneuvering equipment or machinery.
