Culinary Operations Supervisor Role:
We are seeking a Culinary Operations Supervisor to lead our kitchen team, focusing on team development, recruitment, and employee engagement. In this role, you will manage various operational aspects of the venue, ensuring that culinary and operational excellence is consistently achieved. Key responsibilities include staff scheduling, inventory oversight, procurement, shift management, and recruitment. Additionally, you will mentor and train your culinary staff to ensure a uniform experience for every patron.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment management
- At least 2 years in a leadership role such as Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager within a high-volume setting
- Proven ability to manage a diverse workforce
- High school diploma or equivalent required
