About DeAngelo Contracting Services

DeAngelo Contracting Services is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and execute a sales plan that meets and exceeds corporate-set goals
* Maximize sales revenue by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
* Manage and grow a substantial sales pipeline to ensure successful branch growth
* Conduct door-to-door sales and cold calls to meet sales objectives
* Compile and present status reports on all proposals and weekly activities
* Stay current on competitors and maintain a file on competitor information gathered from competitive bids
* Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities

Requirements

* Minimum of $400,000 in current year sales made
* Ability to develop specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
