Thermo Fisher Scientific's Transplant Diagnostics Division is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead the commercialization of our laboratory services in the clinical setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for positioning our services to clinicians and identifying patient populations that may benefit from life-saving therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to promote our laboratory services to transplant clinicians in the United States.
- Build partnerships with transplant clinicians to further the adoption of our clinical services.
- Collaborate with our broader post-transplant sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze industry dynamics and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion in novel growth markets and regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of commercial, product management, business development, and/or marketing experience in a related industry.
- Experience in transplantation, immunogenetics, and/or HLA is strongly preferred.
- Strong intuition for business and a proven track record of developing and maintaining professional and personal relationships with key business partners and customers.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
