About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at YER USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our market share and fostering relationships with potential clients in the South Florida region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with potential new distributors and clients across the USA.
  • Identify and engage potential non-distributors clients in the construction industry, focusing on Residential and Civil works projects.
  • Create and implement business development strategies to expand our network of distributors and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and deliver solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Maintain and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Regularly travel to meet clients, distributors, and industry partners, attending construction sites and industry events as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., sales, business, engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in the formwork, shoring, or concrete construction industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on developing distribution channels.
