Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service and Support: Provide top-notch customer service to guests, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reservation Management: Manage reservations for ski and ride school programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing of bookings and payments.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our ski and ride school products, including pricing, features, and target audiences.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest experiences.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as tracking and managing reservations, payments, and guest information.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Computer Literacy: Have intermediate-level computer skills, with experience using software applications such as Sirus, Intopia, and Flaik.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process reservations and manage guest information.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Be a team player, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
