Be Part of the Jay Peak Resort Team

We're seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join our Ski & Ride School team at Jay Peak Resort. As a ski instructor, you'll have the opportunity to share your love of skiing and snowboarding with our guests and help create unforgettable experiences on the mountain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality instruction and guidance to guests of all skill levels.
  • Attend training sessions to improve your teaching skills and stay up-to-date on the latest techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the Ski & Ride School team to ensure a positive and safe experience for all guests.
  • Participate in mountain maintenance and other tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of physical fitness and ensure your equipment is in good condition.
  • Attend all scheduled shifts and be punctual.
Requirements:
  • PSIA certification is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Passion for skiing and snowboarding, as well as a desire to share that passion with others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Competitive hourly wage starting at $17.00.
