Role Overview

In the wake of our recent acquisition of a leader in the Live Shopping sector, we are excited to enhance our offerings. Live Shopping has demonstrated its effectiveness for brands aiming to enrich their digital customer experiences and boost online sales.

Our vision is to create unforgettable customer interactions, enabling well-known brands to effectively engage their audiences and drive new customer acquisition.

In light of the digital transformation and the growing trend of messaging among younger generations, iAdvize is on a mission to make brands more conversational. This acquisition strengthens our capabilities to support clients in delivering authentic and personalized experiences at scale.

To further develop our solutions, we are seeking a Marketing Event Coordinator specializing in Live Shopping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain expertise in the Live Commerce solution, staying updated on its developments and proactively communicating with partners.
  • Monitor the quality and performance of projects executed by partners, ensuring satisfaction for both clients and partners.
  • Oversee the coordination of Live Shopping initiatives, both before and after live events.
  • Assist partners in project delivery and track client engagement.
  • Establish and implement a process for service transmission to partners.
  • Create and coordinate content such as best practices and testimonials for partners.
  • Develop a certification program for partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners.
  • Ensure partner engagement to facilitate client retention and expansion.
  • Manage project budgets and reporting.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of one relevant and successful experience in event management, project coordination within a production agency, or a specialized marketing/communication agency.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of keeping multiple stakeholders aligned.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Additional Information

Work location is flexible, with a preference for candidates in the Boston area. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and bonus incentives based on experience.
