Role Overview

As we enhance our offerings following the acquisition of a prominent player in the Live Shopping sector, we are looking for a Marketing Event Coordinator to spearhead our initiatives in this dynamic area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of our Live Commerce solutions and proactively share updates with partners.
  • Monitor project quality and performance, ensuring satisfaction for both clients and partners.
  • Oversee the coordination of Live Shopping projects, from pre-event planning to post-event analysis.
  • Assist partners in executing projects and track client engagement.
  • Establish a systematic approach for service transition to partners.
  • Create and distribute content, including best practices and testimonials, to support partners.
  • Develop a certification program to enhance partner capabilities.
  • Foster enduring relationships with strategic partners to drive engagement and client retention.
  • Manage project budgets and reporting processes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record in event management, project coordination within a production agency, or a specialized marketing/communication firm.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain alignment among various stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
