Role Overview
As we enhance our offerings following the acquisition of a prominent player in the Live Shopping sector, we are looking for a Marketing Event Coordinator to spearhead our initiatives in this dynamic area.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our Live Commerce solutions and proactively share updates with partners.
- Monitor project quality and performance, ensuring satisfaction for both clients and partners.
- Oversee the coordination of Live Shopping projects, from pre-event planning to post-event analysis.
- Assist partners in executing projects and track client engagement.
- Establish a systematic approach for service transition to partners.
- Create and distribute content, including best practices and testimonials, to support partners.
- Develop a certification program to enhance partner capabilities.
- Foster enduring relationships with strategic partners to drive engagement and client retention.
- Manage project budgets and reporting processes.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A proven track record in event management, project coordination within a production agency, or a specialized marketing/communication firm.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain alignment among various stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
