Position Overview:
The Marketing Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role within the Admissions Marketing Team at the Sloan School of Management. This position is integral to executing various marketing initiatives aimed at promoting the master's programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with program offices including MBA, MFin, MBAn, Sloan Fellows, and MSMS.
- Work alongside events and evaluation teams to enhance outreach efforts.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns across various platforms, including websites and print materials, to boost event participation and diversify the applicant pool.
- Assist in the daily operations of the marketing team utilizing project management tools.

Specific Duties Include:
- Managing prospect email communications and event promotional strategies.
- Onboarding newly admitted students and overseeing CRM management and reporting.
- Creating engaging content and supporting additional admissions-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:
Required:
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of experience in communications.
- Familiarity with social media and website analytics, along with customer service skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Preferred:
- Experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, demonstrating discretion with sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with experience using a CMS (such as Drupal) and CRM (like Slate).
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet) and web-based tools like SharePoint and Qualtrics.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $54,530, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
