Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Event Coordinator to join our team and support the development of our Live Commerce solutions. As a Marketing Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Mastering the Live Commerce solution and communicating its evolution to our partners
  • FOLLOWING THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROJECTS DELIVERED BY PARTNERS AND ENSURING OUR CLIENTS AND PARTNERS ARE SATISFIED
  • COORDINATING LIVE SHOPPING PROJECTS (PRE- AND POST-LIVE)
  • SUPPORTING OUR PARTNERS IN THE DELIVERY OF THE PROJECTS AND FOLLOWING THE USAGE OF THEIR CLIENTS
  • BUILDING AND IMPLEMENTING A PROCESS OF TRANSMISSION OF THE SERVICE TO OUR PARTNERS
  • COORDINATING AND PRODUCING PIECES OF CONTENT (BEST PRACTICES, TESTIMONIALS) FOR OUR PARTNERS
  • PUTTING IN PLACE A CERTIFICATION PROGRAM FOR OUR PARTNERS
  • BUILDING STRONG AND LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR STRATEGIC PARTNERS
  • ENSURING OUR PARTNERS STAY ENGAGED TO ENABLE THEM TO RETAIN AND EXPAND THEIR CLIENTS
  • FOLLOWING THE PROJECTS BUDGETS AND REPORTS

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least one relevant and successful experience in the event industry, project management in a production agency, or a specialized marketing/communication agency
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver quickly on tight timelines
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to keep multiple stakeholders on track
  • Ability to travel to our clients' locations (in the US and Canada) as iAdvize will be present on-site while the first partners are being onboarded
