SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Regional Manager for Plunger Lift Operations is tasked with the formulation, execution, and oversight of uniform policies and protocols across all service operations related to plunger lifts at BSC Administration LLC, ensuring that service teams are equipped to achieve customer satisfaction.

This role is pivotal in steering strategic planning and prioritizing initiatives for the plunger lift service division, while also enhancing internal communication and visibility for the team. The position collaborates across departments to assess, track, and elevate the effectiveness of service operations in alignment with the overarching business goals of BSC Administration LLC.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Business Performance:
  • Engage actively in the creation and execution of strategic initiatives and objectives for BSC Administration LLC.
  • Establish relevant KPIs to drive service performance and enhancements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement program, ensuring it is adopted and supported by the service operations team.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasting expenses, explaining variances, and implementing cost-reduction strategies.
  • Communicate business performance and issues to all members of the service operations team.
Operational Management:
  • Provide leadership and management for the service operations function.
  • Support sales teams and clients to ensure all service requirements are met, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to identify and implement standardized processes for materials management that optimize customer service while ensuring efficient resource use.
  • Work with the Quality team to develop standardized processes for quality management that deliver a superior customer experience.
  • Identify potential product challenges, improvement opportunities, and new product offerings in partnership with the Engineering Team.
  • Promote Environmental, Health & Safety practices within the service operations team, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Lead the execution of significant operational and strategic initiatives across service operations.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, ethical standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
Organization & Talent Development:
  • Oversee operations and performance across all assigned service locations.
  • Foster a world-class service function by assembling a team with relevant field service and artificial lift expertise.
  • Develop staffing plans that ensure readiness to meet customer and business needs efficiently.
  • Guide the service team to enhance engagement and development, identifying training needs and opportunities for performance improvement.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Training:
  • High school diploma with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector.
Experience:
  • At least eight (8) years of experience in an oil field service environment, ideally including artificial lift technologies.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in a multi-site oil service/repair setting.
  • Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement in a multi-site service/repair context.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process enhancement.
Knowledge/Skills:
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a creative, data-driven approach and strong interpersonal, mentoring, and negotiation abilities.
  • Good understanding of modern ERP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 50%

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • May require regular sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of 0-15 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment is typically an office setting located on-site at a BSC Administration LLC location during standard or extended business hours. The environment may also include remote work, customer sites, and meeting venues, with significant travel as required.
