Responsibilities:

  • Manage various types of wells, including flowing, beam pump, plunger lift, water injection, and disposal.
  • Oversee facilities such as production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT facilities, water injection plants, and natural gas compression systems.
  • Conduct operations safely while adhering to environmental procedures to optimize earnings and minimize costs.
  • Perform daily monitoring of multiple well sites.
  • Test, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical issues.
  • Complete mandatory paperwork for customers and regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain general housekeeping and field upkeep.

Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Windows environment.
  • Strong initiative and self-starter capabilities.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Multi-tasking skills with a focus on prioritization.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills in a team setting.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience as a Lease Operator or Well Runner.
  • Knowledge of oil and gas production operations.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High School diploma or GED; some college or technical training preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record; must meet all conditional job offer requirements.
  • Candidates must reside in the relevant area to qualify.
