Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oil and Gas Production Operator to join our team at Danos. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas wells, facilities, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain oil and gas wells, including flowing, beam pump, plunger lift, water injection, and water disposal wells.
  • Perform daily monitoring of multiple well sites, including testing, calibrating, and troubleshooting equipment and mechanical problems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facilities.
  • Collect and record data on well production, including flow rates, pressures, and other relevant metrics.
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement cost-effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lease Operator or Well Runner.
  • Working knowledge of oil and gas production operations, including well testing, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
