Job Description

NXP Semiconductors N.V. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team in SoCal. As a key member of our Sales and Applications Engineering Organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with customers in the mass market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of a select geographic region, including all mass market customers across various target vertical markets.
  • Partner with distribution resources to identify new customer projects, propose technical solutions, and manage negotiations towards win-win outcomes.
  • Develop a comprehensive account strategy to ensure frequent communication with critical decision makers and understand customer priorities and technology needs.
  • Responsible for all communication to/from the customer and driving internal communication to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with local field applications engineering and product lines to provide elite technical service and responsiveness to customer concerns.
  • Partner with local distribution branches to engage with end-customers and create mutually beneficial business.
Requirements
  • BS in Electrical/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or MS in Electrical/Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years work experience in semiconductor technical sales or field applications engineering.
  • Ability to maintain technical expertise with ever-changing technology.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Well organized and good at time management.
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and willing to learn about business and technical topics.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player and willing to help where needed within scope of the role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivated.
What We Offer

NXP Semiconductors N.V. offers a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid leave. We also provide incentive compensation and/or equity for certain roles.

The base salary range for this position is $127,400 to $175,100 annually. Please note that individual total compensation may vary based on qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs.
