About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Engineer to join our team in the Aftermarket division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and market trends to effectively communicate value to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of sales experience in the industrial or flow control markets
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and sales success
  • Strong technical knowledge of flow control systems and products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
