Compensation:$15 - $18 hourly
Key Responsibilities:Office Operations:
- Supervise daily office activities, ensuring a productive and well-organized work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to facilitate seamless operations.
- Develop and enhance office policies and procedures to boost efficiency.
- Monitor office inventory and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- Assist in preparing for office guest visits and important executive meetings.
Executive Support:
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, addressing or redirecting as appropriate.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality.
Administrative Functions:
- Prepare and distribute ARIP packages.
- Create and organize folders for the Acquisition Manager.
- Manage business card orders and ensure timely distribution.
- Oversee payments for parking and rent.
- Reorder parking passes as required.
- Coordinate and schedule one-on-one meetings.
- Regularly maintain and update the inventory list.
- Demonstrated experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative capacity.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
