Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing callers to the appropriate person or taking messages.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including data entry and reconciliation with dealership software.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive experience for patients and their families.

  • Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and safe, adhering to company standards.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.

  • Accurately record hours worked and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.

  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care and exceeding expectations.

  • A valid GED, High School Diploma, Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree, Master Degree, or Doctorate Degree.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is $40,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off, is also offered.
