Administrative Coordinator for Medical Front Desk

About the Role:
">This Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment for guests at a medical office.
">Responsibilities:
">Respond to phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing callers to the appropriate person or taking messages.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including data entry and reconciliation with dealership software.
Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive experience for patients and their families.
Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and safe, adhering to company standards.
Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
Accurately record hours worked and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements:
">Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
A strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care and exceeding expectations.
A valid GED, High School Diploma, Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree, Master Degree, or Doctorate Degree.
Compensation and Benefits:
">The estimated salary range for this role is $40,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off, is also offered.
