Job Title: Guest Services Manager

Job Summary:

The Guest Services Manager for Summit Hospitality Group is responsible for overseeing the front desk operation, including staff training, inter-department communication, and scheduling. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to resolve guest problems promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and recommend the hotel’s front office budget and labor costs plans in collaboration with the AGM and GM

• Maintain proper staffing levels to meet customer service goals

• Coach and counsel employees to ensure adherence to corporate and brand service standards and procedures

• Perform various front office tasks as needed to facilitate service, including coding invoices, daily deposits, and accounts receivable

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience with name-brand hotel or restaurant companies

• 2-5 years of progressive management experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

Work Environment:

• Flexible work schedule

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Valid driver's license
