Medical Trials Program Coordinator

About the Role
Clinical Trial Educators play a crucial role in promoting clinical trials and ensuring that patients are well-informed about trial inclusion and exclusion criteria. In this position, you will work with trial coordinators and healthcare providers to provide education and information on clinical trial participation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver in-service presentations to increase patient enrollment in clinical trials
- Collaborate with CRAs and other field-based medical teams to optimize trial execution
- Develop tailored recruitment plans and work with referring physicians to develop referral networks
- Work with support groups in therapeutic areas to promote clinical trials
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree required
- Clinical research experience is mandatory
- RN license preferred, CCRC certification also beneficial
- A minimum of 2 years of Clinical Trial Educator experience or healthcare education is highly desirable
- Community engagement experience is necessary, while Diversity and Inclusion in Clinical Trials experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse individuals
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $74,900 - $156,300 annually, depending on your qualifications, location, and schedule. This full-time, field-based position requires frequent travel up to 75%, with potential for overnight stays. As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy excellent technology and administrative skills, along with strong presentation and written communication skills in the local language.
