Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our Division Administrator, Administrative Manager, and Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, managing email listservs, planning events, and developing financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 2 years of experience in administrative support are required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the general administrative and operational management of the division's teaching, research, and clinical missions.
  • Coordinate various administrative tasks, including onboarding/offboarding of new faculty members, faculty promotions, credentialing, and annual faculty evaluations.
  • Develop and manage financial reports, including tracking and completion of all faculty and staff annual compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and update email listservs, coordinate events, and develop marketing materials.
  • Provide direct support to two faculty leaders, managing their schedules, templates, and medical records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in administrative support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
