Job Summary

The Senior Patient Service Representative is a key member of our clinical team, responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced medical office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, verify appointment information, and notify nursing staff in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Patient Registration: Register new patients, assist with completion of necessary forms, and update patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule future appointments, initiate and verify patient referrals, and coordinate with providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to patient inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, such as document preparation, scanning, mailing, and filing, to support the efficient operation of the medical office.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of customer service and/or medical office experience required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred, but not required; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.
