Job Title: Engineering Business Manager - Geosynthetic VAPs

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Business Manager to join our team at Solmax. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan to promote geosynthetic value-added products (VAPs) within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term growth and sales.
  • Lead the technical marketing strategy and tactics to execute the business plan and promote VAPs.
  • Collaborate with the Roadway and LCS team to coordinate marketing and sales efforts.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote VAPs.
  • Conduct technical training and presentations with customers and team members.
  • Assist in the development of the strategic business plan and review for adjustments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, biosystems engineering, or other relevant technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an engineering/technical capacity within the Transportation sector.
  • Ability to travel up to 50 percent of the time.
