Job Title: Regional Manager

Adaptec Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Lifecycle Services department, you will be responsible for leading the operational execution of service in all territories of the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of a world-class customer experience.
  • Grow profitable revenue and direct service operations management for assigned region.
  • Collaborate with sales to develop and maintain a strong service sales strategy.
Requirements:
  • Two-year college degree in Automation Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering management, or technical management preferred.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in a field service environment.
  • Experience selling services and negotiating maintenance contracts in a material handling or automation environment.

  • Competitive salary range: $125,000-$135,000.
