**Job Summary**

U.S. Silica is a leading global performance materials company, specializing in the production and delivery of commercial silica used in various industrial applications and the oil and gas industry.

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for maintaining and growing business within our Performance Materials division. This role will focus on developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with key clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and develop programs, projects, and initiatives for select accounts in North America, including the management of select North America accounts and assigned key market segments.
  • Grow business in new markets, working with Technical Sales and Business Development teams to introduce US Silica products into non-traditional applications.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of all accounts and the key decision-making personnel within each account.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with US Silica groups to support customer expectations.
  • Provide technical support to customers and coordinate with the appropriate US Silica personnel for additional technical support.
  • Review, amend, and execute contracts with our corporate client base.
  • Prospect new customer contacts and referrals.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in SalesForce on all sales and prospecting activities.
  • Support resolution of and communication to customers surrounding all customer complaints or product quality issues within territory.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Must be able to develop and demonstrate a comprehensive technical understanding of diatomaceous earth, perlite, and cool roof granules and their application within the filtration and construction industries.
  • Experience with raw materials and/or process-based industries (filtration experience is highly desired).
