We are currently in search of an Administrative Assistant to enhance our operational team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various administrative tasks to assist office personnel
  • Manage invoice processing efficiently
  • Oversee job creation and maintenance activities
  • Conduct cost analysis processes
  • Collect and manage time entry data
  • Collaborate with sales and accounting departments
  • Execute other work-related tasks as assigned by management

Education & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in basic computer and software applications
  • Ability to operate a multi-line phone system effectively
  • Demonstrated initiative and a positive demeanor
  • Highly reliable and dependable
  • Pass a drug screening
  • Undergo a background verification

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent customer service capabilities
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-driven and motivated

Position Type and Work Schedule:

  • This is a full-time role within an office setting; standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • While performing job duties, the employee is frequently required to sit, communicate verbally, and use hands for various tasks. Occasional physical activities may include balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, walking, and lifting objects up to 20 pounds. Adequate hand-eye coordination is necessary for operating computers and office equipment, with specific vision requirements including close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Compensation details: $22-$23 Hourly Wage
