  • Experience with asset management tools and processes.
  • Proven track record of supporting senior executives effectively.
  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi and LAN troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with ISO audit preparation and remediation processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with various departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors for IT support.
