  • Facilitate virtual meetings using platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Utilize ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow to manage support requests, adhering to established SLAs and KPIs.
  • Be available for local support and occasional travel as needed.
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact to the business.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with asset management tools and processes.
  • Proven track record of supporting senior executives.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity issues.
  • Familiarity with ISO audit preparation and remediation processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors for technical support.
