Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough compliance assessments by researching relevant regulations, preparing responses, and collaborating with various departments on projects.
- Keep all departments informed about updates in laws and compliance procedures.
- Engage in compliance oversight, testing, marketing evaluations, and support compliance audit corrective actions.
- Assist with legal functions, investigation of complaints, subpoenas, branch evaluations, and examination/audit processes.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures and participate in internal audits as necessary.
- A four-year degree is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of experience in a compliance-related role.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and certification in Compliance or BSA is advantageous.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service, collaborate effectively in a team, and resolve issues efficiently.
This position is situated in a standard office environment utilizing conventional office equipment.
Physical Requirements:Must be capable of lifting files, accessing filing cabinets, and performing tasks that may require standing or bending.
Travel Requirements:Travel may be necessary up to 20%, with moderate traffic conditions and mileage reimbursement available.
Work Schedule:Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend commitments.
