Job Title: Automotive Territory Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Territory Sales Consultant to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing marketing solutions to automotive dealership clients within an assigned territory and managing/increasing revenue by meeting or exceeding sales objectives through a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit and consult with dealership clients to understand their marketing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage dealer performance by reviewing key metrics and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Assess opportunities within dealerships to drive Retail and Service traffic.
  • Facilitate training and best practices on all programs to ensure dealerships are maximizing benefits of all Epsilon products.
  • Work closely with internal contacts to assist with customer care issues and provide solutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience selling Ongoing & One Time Conquest & Retention Marketing Campaigns.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies and ability to adapt to rapidly changing expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $75,000.
  • Bonus or incentive compensation eligible.
