The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Strategic Account sales team. This role requires a driven individual with a strong passion for new business acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
  • Prospect for new clients, design sales presentations, and develop business cases to articulate the value proposition of HiveWatch's solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Marketing, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Utilize cold calls, email prospecting, marketing initiatives, and events to generate and nurture sales opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Travel to prospective customers' sites, conferences, and other events to build relationships and close deals.
  • Report sales results and provide insights to the Revenue Organization and Leadership.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop net new opportunities and run complex sales processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
  • Experience in sales development, with a strong desire to move up within a sales organization.
  • Leadership experience is highly preferred.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary range: $135,000 - $150,000 per year.
  • 50/50 variable pay structure (uncapped).
  • Eligibility to participate in HiveWatch's Equity Incentive Plan.
