Client Relationship Representative

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and tenacious Outside Sales Consultant to contribute to our rapidly expanding operations within a designated sales region. As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process and create a strategic approach to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in business development initiatives in a field sales capacity
- Enhance Badger's market presence with an emphasis on client acquisition and account stewardship
- Formulate a growth strategy aimed at both revenue enhancement and client satisfaction
- Schedule meetings with potential clients to explore business opportunities
Essential Skills for Success
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in a business development context
- Background in customer service and account management
- Proficiency in establishing rapport with prospective clients
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in the hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services sectors is preferred

This position is eligible for commission, with an estimated total compensation range of $105,000 annually (base salary plus uncapped commission). Compensation may vary based on performance, geographic location, education, experience, and internal equity.
This role is remote but requires significant travel to local branches, client sites, and customer offices.
Candidates will be required to complete pre-employment screening, which may include background checks, driving record assessments, and drug testing.
