Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Achieve assigned revenue targets by increasing sales of coffee, tea, and related products to existing customers, executing pricing actions, and retaining current customers.
- Delivery and Service: Ensure customers receive delivery and service as required, including rotating beverage station products and maintaining equipment in good working order.
- Marketing and Promotions: Participate in regional and company-wide promotions to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Customer Retention: Build strong relationships with customers to retain existing business and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Inventory Management: Manage invoices, inventory, and collections daily to ensure accurate and timely payment.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of route delivery experience in a related customer service business-to-business field.
- Skills: Mechanical aptitude, ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs, proficient in assessing customer needs, and strong communication and active listening skills.
