Role Overview:
The Client Relationship Executive plays a crucial role in our growth and success.

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will nurture and expand relationships with existing clients. You will be accountable for meeting renewal sales targets and identifying enhancement opportunities. Additionally, you will represent our brand at networking events, establishing and managing customer and network partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate, retain, and manage relationships with current clients while pursuing new business opportunities in lawn, landscape maintenance, and snow & ice removal.
- Effectively promote and upsell additional services to maximize the potential of your portfolio.
- Ensure a consistently positive client experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, timely communication, follow-up, and follow-through.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all managed accounts.
- Assist in resolving client concerns effectively.
- Conduct monthly site audits and deliver reports to clients.
- Collaborate closely with operations and branch managers regarding service scope and issues.
- Achieve renewal sales targets and explore enhancement opportunities.
- Participate in industry events and associations through attendance, board membership, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Attend required meetings and provide comprehensive information on all sold work.
- Report all incidents, accidents, and injuries promptly.
- Represent the company positively and professionally.
- Engage in branch and corporate-level meetings as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, including the executive team.
- Submit all required documentation accurately and promptly.
- Uphold a positive and professional representation of the company at all times.
- Commit to ongoing education and continuous improvement to enhance knowledge and expand responsibilities.

Qualifications:

- Have a working knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
