Exciting opportunity for a Lead Property Management Specialist at LaBine and Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

This position will report directly to the Government Property Manager and is essential in facilitating daily operations while ensuring adherence to property regulations across various client campuses. The Lead Property Management Specialist will act as the primary contact for all property-related self-assessments, ensuring compliance with established standards to uphold a robust property management framework.

The role requires the exercise of sound judgment, leveraging experience and expertise to formulate recommendations for senior management, addressing moderate to complex challenges.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in government property oversight.

• Certification as a Professional Property Administrator (CPPA) or equivalent certification from the National Property Management Association (NPMA) is highly desirable.

• A Bachelor's degree or a suitable combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• Proficiency in PCARSS and PIEE systems is mandatory.

• A foundational understanding of the Government contractual lifecycle concerning property management is essential.

• Familiarity with government property regulations, including FAR/DFARS, is required.

• Experience with the eQuip property management system is advantageous.

• Prior involvement with DCMA and DCAA audits is beneficial.

• Demonstrated knowledge of FAR, FAR Part 45, DFARS 245.6, and other relevant regulations is expected.

• Capability to work autonomously, proactively seek solutions, and drive positive organizational change.

• Strong analytical skills to discuss and present findings to various organizational levels.

• Experience with bar-code scanning and conducting physical inventories is required; RFID experience is a plus.

• A self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and metrics development.
