Tenant Engagement:

  • Design and implement tenant experience and engagement initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
  • Establish strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term tenancy.
  • Conduct property tours with the Property Management and Engineering Teams to assess and enhance curb appeal and operational efficiency.

Operational Oversight:

  • Accountable for the financial performance of the assigned properties, ensuring that net operating income (NOI) targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide strategic direction for all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, security, maintenance, and financial oversight.
  • Lead the development and execution of annual operating and capital expenditure budgets, ensuring accurate financial reporting and variance explanations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive the overall business strategy for the portfolio, maintaining high service levels and operational standards.
  • Possess a strong understanding of revenue-generating initiatives, including parking, retail, and service income opportunities.

General Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key service providers and the local business community.
  • Coordinate and execute various regional initiatives, projects, and strategic planning efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while prioritizing the health, safety, and welfare of all tenants and employees.
  • Oversee emergency response planning and crisis management protocols within the assigned portfolio.
  • Maintain familiarity with lease agreements and ensure adherence to operational provisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in Class A commercial property management is essential.
  • Preferred certifications include Real Property Administrator (RPA) and/or Certified Property Manager (CPM).
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, along with a solid understanding of structural design concepts.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and motivate others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess superior communication and problem-solving skills.
