Business Development Representative

Level Accounting & Advisory of Vero Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team. In this outside sales role, you will sell our monthly accounting services platform that provides accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax planning, tax preparation and business advisory services to small businesses.

This is a highly consultative role; you will meet with various decision-makers and be responsible for developing a full set of solutions to meet their specific business needs.

Depending on your experience, you will receive a base salary of $38,000-$42,000 plus commission and bonuses. We offer generous paid time off (PTO), holiday pay, health, dental, and vision insurance, automobile, and cell phone allowances, retirement contribution of 3%, and many other perks to all full-time sales employees.

Responsibilities
  • Sell monthly payroll, bookkeeping, accounting and tax services to small and mid-size businesses.
  • Target businesses of 1 to 30 employees.
  • Prospect through phone, email, social selling, networking, and attending trade shows.
  • Attend networking events & develop channel partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Work prospects through a clearly defined sales process to close.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Requirements
  • College degree preferred.
  • Some experience in B2B sales, preferably in a service-based industry - or a desire to work in a B2B sales role for the first time.
  • Effective communicator with strong business acumen and the ability to engage with small business owners and C-suite executives.
  • Must be tech savvy - embrace and learn new software with ease
  • Upbeat, confident, and friendly personality.
  • Desire to learn, develop, and grow within a well established organization
  • Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills.
  • A Winner History of achievement throughout various stages of life. Proven track record of success through honors, awards, promotions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
