Office Administrator Job Description

The Office Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the DC office of Insight Global, a leading corporate consulting firm with a large team of employees. This is a long-term contract-to-hire position that will begin as a contract and convert to direct employment after 6-12 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage the ordering and organization of office supplies and snacks.
  • Facilities Support: Coordinate with vendors to resolve maintenance and repair issues.
  • AP Process Support: Prepare information for the finance team to prevent AP rejections.
  • Executive Support: Prepare the office for visits from executives, including catering and conference room arrangements.
  • Fleet Management: Organize documentation and support for a fleet of 14 vehicles.
  • Security and IT Support: Coordinate with security and IT teams for key card access for new hires.
  • Administrative Support: Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed.

Compensation: Pay will vary based on experience and background, ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 annually. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401K.
