Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Sales Manager to create a world-class home buying experience for our customers. As a key member of our team, you'll assist customers in selecting floor plans, coordinating construction, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Protect our brand and assets by maintaining high integrity throughout the sales process
- Develop expertise in finance, mortgage concepts, product, sales acumen, and local market knowledge
- Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up via our CRM system
- Assist in selecting inventory, decorating models, and maintaining home appearance
- Develop and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to increase home center traffic
- Present homes to potential buyers, demonstrating features and benefits
- Participate in sales meetings, training opportunities, and company-sponsored functions
- At least 6 months of relationship-driven business-to-consumer sales experience
- General understanding of the retail environment
- Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to walk the lot and show homes throughout all seasons
- Ability to move and lift furniture, promotional items, etc. (up to 75 lbs.)
