Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of pharmacy professionals to provide exceptional patient care and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Manage the pharmacy's inventory, including ordering and stocking of medications and supplies.
  • Supervise and train pharmacy staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.
  • U.S. pharmacy related experience (preferred).
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $112,000.00-$197,000.00.
  • Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
  • Sales Volume Category (SVC) (based on facility sales volume).
  • Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges).
