Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement within the supply chain framework, particularly focusing on global supply planning processes such as inventory management, manufacturing, procurement, operations, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with supply planning team members to ascertain and document business requirements, operational procedures, challenges, and data specifications.
  • Assist in standardizing processes across the supply chain division by developing and leveraging process documentation and training materials.
  • Facilitate the implementation and change management associated with standardized operational practices.
  • Ensure a consistent understanding and utilization of plant ERP planning tools.
  • Gather and analyze data related to supply chain operations, providing reporting and analytical support for various requests.
  • Continuously enhance strategic processes related to supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, and inventory management, while developing effective internal tools.
  • Under the direction of senior management, design and execute projects aimed at improving supply chain operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including customer logistics, distribution, IT, sales, and marketing.
  • Evaluate supply chain performance and ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
  • Validate and enhance master data accuracy to improve system performance.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in material planning, logistics, engineering, operations, inventory management, or related supply chain functions.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills; ability to succinctly summarize and interpret large data sets into management reports, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as macros, logical statements, statistical modeling, and trend analysis.
  • Exceptional technical and analytical abilities, with a knack for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Familiarity with Material Planning and Forecasting and/or Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • A collaborative team player, capable of adapting to various roles within a team and working with external partners for project success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Understanding of the supply chain function and its interdependencies across Revlon.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
