Territory Sales Manager

CRW Corp., a leading construction equipment distributor, is seeking a Territory Manager to sell and rent new and used Link-Belt, National, Shuttlelift, and Maeda Cranes in our New England territory.
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote future business.
- Prepare and submit proposals to customers as necessary to meet their needs.
- Service customers during and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain current product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide required information for processing sales and rental documents to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.
- Assist with collections on accounts in the territory to maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and rental goals.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
- Possess a valid driver's license as travel to current and potential customers will be required.
