Additional benefits include paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, Employee Assistance Programs, and more.As part of Our Client's commitment to Opening Doors to a Better Life, Our Client is now providing paid time for Employees to volunteer to causes that are meaningful to them through the Our Client Impact program.Our Client is proud to have earned spots on the following Forbes lists: America's Best Employers, America's Best Employers by State, Best Employers for Diversity, Best Employers for Women.At Our Client, we encourage holistic wellness with physical, nutritional, social, financial, spiritual, and occupational programs available online or in-person for employees.Position Summary: In this role, you will create a world class home buying experience by assisting customers to identify a floor plan, select options, and coordinate the construction process.Duties / Responsibilities:Responsibilities:Protect the company's branding and assets by maintaining a high level of integrity throughout the sales processDevelop expertise in areas such as finance mortgage concepts, product, sales acumen, sales presentation skills and your local marketMaintain customer files and provide timely follow-up with prospective buyers via the company's CRM systemAssist manager by helping select inventory, decorate models and maintain appearance of the homesDevelop, refine and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to increase home center trafficPresent potential buyers display homes, demonstrate features and benefits to create added valueSet home center visits utilizing prospect database and by converting ad calls and web leads to appointmentsParticipates in all sales meetings, training opportunities and other company sponsored functionsCooperative and collaborative, willing and eager to work in a team environment, assist with miscellaneous duties as requiredQualifications:At least 6 months of relationship driven business to consumer sales preferredGeneral understanding of the retail environmentAbility to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensingLearn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homesStrong verbal communication skillsAbility to excel and contribute to a team environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work required schedule, including SaturdaysProfessional demeanor and appearanceAbility to walk the lot and show homes throughout all seasonsAbility to move and lift furniture, promotional items, etc. (up to 75 lbs.)Subject to criminal background check and drug screeningTravel Requirements:As NeededOur Client is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
