About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at ExecuSource. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas for strategic accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Proactively assess customer needs and develop tailored sales strategies
  • Drive brand penetration by engaging with designers, architects, and builders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Experience in the building materials industry is preferred
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills, with a hunter mentality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a competitive drive to succeed
