We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.

Requirements
  • Interest in marketing insurance products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Personal Lines Licenses (must be able to obtain)
  • Associate's degree or higher required
