We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Vice President of Business Growth to spearhead our initiatives in expanding our market presence within the defense sector, particularly focusing on the United States Air Force (USAF).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture ongoing business development opportunities with current USAF clients.
  • Expand our customer base by establishing new relationships within the USAF.
  • Oversee the accuracy and achievement of the business's bookings forecast and strategic plan.
  • Regularly engage with prospective and existing clients to strengthen partnerships.
  • Design and implement both short-term and long-term marketing strategies to meet financial goals and promote product innovation.
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing) to align customer engagement and market strategies.
  • Deliver impactful presentations showcasing our comprehensive portfolio of products and services.
  • Travel for customer engagements, trade shows, and product demonstrations as necessary.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to inform targeted marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience in USAF air defense, either in active duty or civilian roles.
  • Familiarity with the C-UAS and Air Traffic Control sectors is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of U.S. contracting and budgeting processes.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
  • Proven capability to tackle complex challenges.
  • In-depth knowledge of company products, markets, and technologies.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain a DOD security clearance.
