Lycamobile is seeking a talented Account Manager (Field Sales) to enhance their Sales Team.

The chosen candidate will report directly to the Team Lead, Area Sales Manager, or Regional Sales Manager.

This position may offer remote work flexibility with occasional office visits.

  • Role Overview:

The Account Manager will focus on improving sales performance and key metrics within the assigned territory to maximize company revenue. This role emphasizes field sales, requiring the individual to manage various initiatives to support Retailers in their region, including sales volume, inventory oversight, training, relationship cultivation, merchandising, consulting with small enterprises, and promoting the brand in retail environments.

By strengthening these initiatives, the goal is to enhance customer engagement and drive Retailers' efforts by ensuring they actively promote the brand, maintain adequate stock levels, effectively merchandise products, and possess thorough knowledge of offerings and services, positioning the brand as a preferred choice. Retailers may include both Independent and National chains.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth for the company
  • Boost customer activations in the specified region
  • Expand distribution channels and ensure sufficient stock levels
  • Educate Retailers on product offerings and operational procedures
  • Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
  • Enhance customer experiences in retail settings
  • Provide regular updates on activities, store conditions, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Offer insights on Retailer and consumer interactions
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the region, achieving measurable results
  • Conduct store visits and make regional calls
  • Increase sales by establishing new Retailer connections and nurturing existing relationships
  • Improve brand visibility through effective merchandising and display management
  • Address custom branding requests
  • Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in wireless retail sales or training
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A blend of education and experience
  • Self-driven team player
  • Proven track record of meeting objectives (experience in the prepaid wireless sector is advantageous)
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license (minimum 2 years in the US)
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
