As a Field Sales Specialist within our Electrical sales division, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects while fostering relationships with established customers.
- Utilize your knowledge of electrical products, including switchgear and lighting, to effectively promote and sell our offerings.
- Achieve or surpass your designated annual gross margin targets by adhering to the company's pricing strategies.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Stay informed about local market conditions and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to management.
- Implement sales and merchandising initiatives as directed, and suggest new products for inventory consideration.
- Assist in the collection of overdue accounts as necessary.
- Participate in training sessions, trade exhibitions, and sales meetings as required.
- Demonstrate products post-sale when necessary to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
Knowledge in business management, sales strategies, and marketing principles is essential for success in this role.
Additional InformationThis position includes eligibility for sales incentives based on specific performance metrics. Extensive travel is a requirement, including overnight stays.
